Thank you for choosing our travel package(s). By booking a trip through our website, you're deemed to have agreed to its terms of use. Please read the following terms and procedures to ensure that you have clearly understood the conditions of your preferred trip. All of the below mentioned terms and conditions are applicable for bookings made through our websites, such as Aan Tourism, including:

1. Pricing

Our policy assures you of an economic pricing, along with the convenience of making reservations online. Unless otherwise mentioned, prices quoted on our website are charged on a per person basis and do not include tips given to tour guides or drivers, passport/visa fees, travel insurance, drinks or food, accommodation, room services, and laundry. The published rates may change without prior notice, particularly in case of any unforeseen circumstances, such as an increase in airline tickets, hotel rates, or transport expenses.

2. Methods of Payment

We accept almost all major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners. Full payment must be made by credit card, and guests are required to provide their credit card number to complete the transaction. This will be shown as a charge on your statement.

3. Confirmation of Payment

Once the payment is made, our travel consultants will send you a confirmation slip by email. You can print it as evidence of payment to the service provider to redeem your tour package. Please ensure that you have provided correct information pertaining to your travel requirements at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation & No Show Policy

4.1 Cancellation

• Every Tour Activity/Attraction/Hotel has its own cancellation policies. Before booking any activity with Aan Tourism, clients must read the cancellation policy of that particular tour.
• Combo tours can be cancelled, but if anyone cancels any of the single tours in the combo, they will not be able to avail the combo offer. In this case, Aan Tourism will consider the individual tour price of the non-cancelled tour and refund the remaining amount.
• Tourist visa fees are not refundable once payment is made on the Aan Tourism website.
• When booking a combo, please ensure that all combo tour options are available. If not, you will only be able to enjoy the tours and services that you have seen in the options.

4.2 No Show

• If you fail to turn up for the tour, no refunds in part or in full can be provided. The same condition applies in the case of unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car rentals, or chauffeur-driven services. Likewise, rescheduling cannot be allowed for confirmed tours, transfers to and from airports, and other travel-related services.

5. Cancellation Procedures

Before making a cancellation, we recommend that you carefully read the cancellation rules that apply to your tour package. To cancel all or any part of your reservation, make sure to notify Aan Tourism in writing. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will inform you via email, fax, or telephone regarding the confirmation of booking cancellation as well as the fee that should be paid. Aan Tourism cannot be held responsible for any cancellation that has not been received from you or not confirmed by us.

6. Itinerary Amendments

Routings and services covered in your package are subject to change based on local weather conditions, airline schedules, and other relevant factors. If such changes occur, we will provide suitable options of similar value, subject to availability. We will announce changes in the itinerary, if any, before departure. Please note that Aan Tourism reserves the complete right to implement minor amendments to the itinerary at any time without reimbursement. Furthermore, no reimbursement can be provided in the event of force majeure, such as floods and earthquakes.

7. Hotel Accommodation & Check-in/Check-out Policy

If we are unable to secure accommodation in your preferred hotel, we will make every effort to provide you with a suitable alternative of a similar budget and standard. As for the check-in/check-out policy, it largely depends on the hotel you have chosen. Aan Tourism cannot be held responsible for any early or late check-in and check-out requests that are not accommodated by the hotel due to their busy schedule.

8. Travel Insurance

Aan Tourism shall not be responsible for any kind of damages resulting from accidents, illness, injury, loss of personal baggage, or trip cancellation. It is advisable that the traveler avails a travel insurance policy to handle unforeseen events.

9. Travel Documents

It is the responsibility of every guest to ensure that they carry the relevant documents for a particular tour, including a passport or a valid ID card. This is especially important for guests coming from a different country. No refund can be provided in the event of loss or lack of these relevant documents. Similarly, passengers, irrespective of their nationality, are advised to check with their respective country's consulate in Pakistan to obtain information on entry requirements before planning a visit. It is also essential to inquire with your consulate regarding the current visa and health requirements, as they are subject to change without prior notice.

10. Website Usage Restrictions

All content on this website, including logos, images, information on tour packages, pricing details, and other relevant information, is proprietary to Aan Tourism. As a condition of using this website, you agree not to exploit it or its content for any non-personal, commercial, or illegitimate purposes.

11. Delivery & Shipping

Policy Inclusion is mandatory, and the following point should be mentioned (Applicable as per the website Products/Services). Recommended statement: "(Website) will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Pakistan."

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Inclusion is mandatory, and one of the following points should be mentioned. "Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan."
